Recycling plastics saves up to 90% of the energy used in producing virgin plastic, meaning significantly less greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve this, we collect plastic waste, sorting by type and grade. In the next step, we wash and recycle into hot washed flakes and pellets ready for re-use by FMCGs and plastic manufacturers—replacing virgin plastics and ensuring a circular economy.

What We Recycle

Our facilities handle a wide range of post-consumer and post-industrial plastics, including:

How It Works

1. Collection & Aggregation – Sourced from households, landfills, and commercial hubs via our TRASHBASH™ network and community partners.
2. Sorting & Cleaning – Plastics are sorted by type, washed, and shredded to remove contaminants.
3. Processing
   
   • PP, HDPE, LDPE: Clean flakes are melted and extruded into uniform plastic pellets, ready for reuse in manufacturing.
   • PET: Clean flakes are sold directly as flakes for use in fiber production, packaging materials, or further processing for bottle-to-bottle recycling.
4. Distribution
   Recycled outputs are sold to industries for sustainable product manufacturing:

   • 🔁 HDPE – pipes, bottles, crates
   • 🔁 LDPE – bin liners, plastic lumber, films
   • 🔁 PET – textile fiber (polyester), strapping, thermoformed packaging
